Lost or Stolen Packages

Evolve Energy Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at evolveenergytheapy@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
