Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items must not be damaged or altered

Store Credit Option

We offer store credit as a flexible return option for eligible items:

  • Store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved

  • Credit can be used toward any future purchase

  • Store credit does not expire

  • This is a great option if you’d like to exchange for a different product without waiting for a refund

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened skincare or wellness products

  • Digital services or energy alignment sessions

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at evolveenergytheapy@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
